Seumas Kerr CBE - Major General (ret'd)

Former British Army Major General with a 35-year career, including command of 4th Division. Now a strategic adviser to organisations including Lockheed Martin and CEO of D-Impact.

James Waddington - Founder, Otto Colline

Defence technology specialist with more than 25 years' experience, including senior leadership roles at Leidos UK & Europe. Founder of Otto Colline and co-founder of SupraInnoTech, working across defence, innovation and dual-use technologies.

Adam Irwin - Managing Partner, Heligan Strategic Advisory

Specialist in risk intelligence, investigations and strategic advisory, supporting law firms, corporates and UHNW clients on complex, high-stakes situations. Former Managing Director of Nodum Global.

Matt Croker - Director, Heligan Corporate Finance
