Acquisition of Motion Finance, a motor finance brokerage, by Evolution Funding Group (“Evolution Funding”).

Heligan Group advised Evolution Funding on its third acquisition, Motion Finance, following its 2019 investment by LDC.  Motion Finance 2017 (“Motion”) is an independent motor finance brokerage managing in excess of £300 million advances per annum between UK lenders and the dealer market. 

Evolution Funding is the largest independent motor finance broker and technology provider in the UK intermediating in excess of £1.2 billion motor finance advances, and over £1.5 billion after integrating Motion. Evolution employs around 390 people UK-wide, finances 87,000+ vehicles a year, and supports 4500+ motor dealers.  The business has been voted Best Broker at the Car Finance Awards for seven consecutive years.
