Heligan Corporate Finance delivers acquisition financing deal for Superbia Group

Heligan Group (“Heligan”) has advised The Superbia Group (“Superbia”) on raising acquisition financing from Shawbrook Bank (“Shawbrook”). 

Superbia, founded in 2013, is a privately owned Independent Financial Advisory firm and Discretionary Fund Manager.  Superbia have undertaken three acquisitions previously and have ambitious plans to continue to grow funds under management and additional financial support from Shawbrook will help accelerate acquisition-led growth.  

Heligan Group were engaged to run a competitive fundraise process.
