Matt Croker

Matt is a Partner at Heligan Group and joined Heligan in early 2019. Prior to this, Matt was a key member of the M&A team at BDO in 2014 where he trained as a Chartered Accountant and worked across a range of sectors in the mid-market.

Matt has led or advised on over 35 transactions and was previously the Investment Director for Landguard Systems and led the exit to Chemring Group Plc in 2025. Matt holds Security Clearance ("SC") from HMG.
