Shaun Edwards, OBE

Rugby League's most decorated player, with 37 winners medals and member of the Rugby League Hall of Fame he is now defence coach to the France national rugby union team and as a coach, has won the most Six Nations Championships with 6 title victories – Shaun is renowned for building relentless, winning systems.

Shaun’s keynote, “Why most organisations are too polite to win”, challenges conventional leadership. Drawing on extreme human experiences and elite sport, he shows how perspective, marginal gains and uncompromising culture drive results - helping business leaders see pressure, performance and people through a different lens.
