Heligan Investments dedicated fund completes second investment

Heligan Investments, part of the Heligan Group, has acquired a minority shareholding in Interrupt Labs Limited (“Interrupt Labs”), via its first fund (Heligan Private Equity I LP).

Interrupt Labs is an international vulnerability research company focused on identifying and exploiting vulnerabilities in software and hardware. Headquartered in the UK, Interrupt Labs operates in the USA and has identified new international markets for expansion.

The team comprises highly motivated and skilled engineers that support reverse engineering, vulnerability discovery and exploit development focused on a range of software and hardware.

Heligan supported the management buy-out of the business from a listed international software group. Heligan’s focus is to provide support to the expansion of its services and support access to new international markets, both organically and through a targeted buy-and-build strategy.
